We understand that starting a recovery journey can feel overwhelming. Our experienced team is dedicated to making the admissions process as smooth as possible. When you call us, you can expect:

  • A clear explanation of the admissions process and answers to all your questions.
  • A confidential phone assessment to determine how we can best meet your needs.
  • A review of your insurance coverage and a transparent discussion of costs.
  • Scheduling of your admission date and time.

Preparing for Admission:

To streamline the process, please have the following information ready:

  • Personal details: Name, contact information, and emergency contacts.
  • Insurance information: Provider, policy, and group numbers.
  • Medical history: Conditions, medications, and healthcare provider details.
  • Legal history: Any substance-related legal issues.
  • Substance use history: Types of substances, usage duration, and prior treatment.

We may also request a release of information to coordinate with your healthcare providers.

Our Comprehensive Treatment Programs:

  • Supervised Withdrawal Management: Safe support for opioid and other substance withdrawals.
  • Three Levels of Care: Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization, and Low-Intensity Residential.

What to Bring (and What Not To):

  • Permitted: ID, insurance cards, comfortable clothing, exercise wear, personal hygiene items (unopened), prescribed medications, tobacco products (unopened), payment method, small cash amount, journal, and books (subject to review).
  • Prohibited: Unapproved medications, alcohol-based sanitizers, opened cigarette packs, vapes, certain razors, alcohol-containing mouthwash, sharp objects, perfumes/glass bottles, electronic devices, stuffed animals, and inappropriate clothing.

Visitor Information:

  • Visitors are welcome after the initial acclimation period (3 days).
  • Visitation is on Sundays, with scheduled time slots.
  • Visitor approval is required.
  • Restrictions apply to items brought by visitors.
